Beach Volleyball

One of the facets of beach volleyball is the use of hand signals by players to indicate to their partner what sort of play they intend to make. These signals are made behind the back, to avoid the opposition seeing the signals. A lot of people were asking me what does the hand signals mean? Actually, you and your partner can develop your own system. Let's say, we use 1 finger to sign for the player on the right hand side, and 2 fingers for the left while 1 is also for blocking straight, and 2 is for blocking cross. By using your right hand to signal for serving to which player, and your left hand to signal where you will be blocking. You have a system. You can develop a different kind of signal if you like, and I recommend this since only you and your parnter will understand your system. If you are afraid that your opponents may be able to read your play during the tournament, feel free to change the system a little bit in different matches to confuse them.

Misty May and Kerri Walsh are the hottest womens beach volleyball players right now and they won the Gold medal at the 2004 Athens Olympics and the 2008 BeiJing Olympics. They are both great beach volleyball players and really work well together. Better yet is how they move and they way they look in those tight bikinis.
