Low pass is when you make contact with the ball when the ball almost touches the ground.
1. Move fast to the location of the ball
2. Always remember to face the ball, keep the ball within your shoulders
3. Keep the ball in front of your lap and stay as low as possible
4. Stay low by bending your knees and lower your hips
5. Firm and spread your arms while both hands grab together with thumbs push down
6. Make contact with the ball and raise your body with legs and arms
