Dive is a advanced skill used only in Mens volleyball defense. It is very
important to correctly execute the skill to avoid injury.
1. Move fast to the location of the ball by leaping forward with right/left leg in front
2. Reach out your arms and make contact with the ball with both arms or one arm
3. Push your arms out to support your upper body
4. Push your body forward with your arms and slide with your upper body
5. Get up with your arms support
