Back Pass

A basic volleyball skill, used when you need to pass the ball to the target behind you.

1. Move fast to the location of the ball
2. Stay low by bending your knees and lower your hips
3. Setup your platform, with both arms stretch out straight
4. Tough up your arms and push your thumbs at contact
5. Make contact with the ball at the height of your shoulder
6. Pass the ball to the target behind you
