Dynamic Block

A advanced volleyball skill, a combination of doing big cross steps and block. The difference than the cross steps block is that instead of facing the net, with dynamic block you turn to the net after jump up in the air, while corss steps block you turn to the net before you jump up.

1. Squat with both feet on the ground, knee bend, away from the net with your elbow's length
2. Reach out your arms in front about the hight of your ears
3. Do a big cross steps to the left or right, keeping yourself facing the right/left
4. Jump up with both leg as you are approaching, turn your body to the net in the air
5. Reach out your arms to and over the net, push over the net, your feet should naturally go forward and you should feel a crunch in your stomach
6. Tough up your arms and palms, cover the area like a arch
7. Come down to the ground with both feet
